About the Role:
We are hiring a
female Customer Support Manager
who is fluent in
Tamil
, to lead and manage our support team. This role involves supervising support executives, ensuring top-quality service, solving escalated issues, and improving customer satisfaction. The position offers
remote work flexibility
, with
2 days per week required in the office
for team coordination and performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and support the customer support team
Handle escalated user complaints with empathy and efficiency
Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and call quality
Monitor daily performance metrics (response time, satisfaction, etc.)
Conduct weekly reviews and share improvement plans
Collaborate with tech, product, and operations teams
Maintain a professional, friendly, and respectful support culture
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Fluency in
Tamil
(English speaking is a plus)
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in customer support or team management
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using CRM tools, dashboards, and support software
Must be available to
work from the office 2 days/week
