- Exp: 5 to 10 yrs- Location : Viman Nagar ,Pune- Office hours: 3 pm to 1 am- Weekly offs: 2 weekly offs (Rotational)Responsibilities:- Managing and leading Customer Support Team - Manage and resolve customer queries via calls, emails or chats- Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, returns and delivery.- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and professional responses- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and issue resolutions- Work effectively in a fast paced e- commerce support environment - Build and maintain strong customer relationship through positive communication - Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and ensure daily targets are met- Conduct regular team meetings, performance review - Ensure high quality communication across phone, email, chat and social platforms - Prepare performance reports and present insight to management Requirement:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Fluency in English is a must)- Proven experience in handling customers across international markets (Canada, US, UK, Australia preferred)- Problem solving attitude with customer first approach (ref:updazz.com)
