Key Responsibilities



Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or social media in a timely and professional manner. Troubleshoot product or service issues, guiding customers to a resolution efficiently. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Sales) to escalate and resolve customer issues. Identify recurring problems and suggest process or product improvements

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
