Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as

Customer Support Executives

for our Domestic Voice Process. You will handle customer calls in Malayalam/Telugu and English(mandatory), providing efficient solutions and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in Malayalam(or) Telugu and English Address customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Adhere to company policies and communication standards

Requirements:

Fluency in Malayalam (or) Telugu and English Strong communication and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore

Preferred Qualifications:

+2 or any graduate Prior experience in customer support or call center environment is a plus Freshers are encouraged to apply
