Preparation and release of correct order acknowledgements to customers.
Maintaining updated customer records, contracts, and communication history.
Acting as a single point of contact for customers for order and delivery-related communication.
Prompt handling of customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
Effective coordination with planning, production, QA, and warehouse teams to meet delivery commitments.
Proactive identification and escalation of risks affecting order fulfillment or delivery timelines.
Planning and execution of domestic and export shipments as per customer requirements.
Preparation, verification, and control of all dispatch and shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, and export documents.
Coordination with transporters, freight forwarders, and courier partners for timely dispatch.
Tracking shipments and providing regular delivery status updates to customers.
Ensuring compliance with medical industry standards, traceability, and documentation requirements.
Maintaining adherence to ISO 13485 and internal quality system procedures for order handling and logistics.
Monitoring on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery performance and reducing logistics delays.
Preparing MIS reports on orders, dispatches, customer service metrics, and logistics performance.
Supporting internal, customer, and external audits related to order processing and logistics activities.
