Job Description

Seeking an experienced Customer Support Lead for an immediate, remote position.

Hiring, training, and developing customer support representatives. Assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Providing coaching and feedback to team members. Addressing team conflicts and issues. Ensuring that the team provides timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and complaints. Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and identifying areas for improvement. Developing and implementing customer service strategies and best practices. Escalating complex or urgent issues to management. Analyzing customer data to identify trends and patterns. Developing and implementing processes to improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness. Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the customer support process. Preparing regular reports on customer satisfaction, team performance, and key metrics. Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers. Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?9,800.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
