Title: Customer Support Lead - Retail Automation & IoT
Job Summary:
RFBytes is seeking a Customer Support Lead to manage post-deployment support for Forecourt Controllers, ATG, EMS, and IoT-based automation solutions. This role will own customer escalations, support processes, and coordination with field engineers and internal teams to ensure high system uptime and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary escalation point for customer and field support issues
Manage Level-2/Level-3 support for hardware, firmware, connectivity, and cloud issues
Coordinate with field engineers, system integrators, and customers for timely issue resolution
Perform root cause analysis and work with R&D for permanent fixes
Plan and conduct technical training for field and support teams
Establish and monitor support SLAs, metrics, and reporting
Support new deployments, upgrades, and pilot projects
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in customer/field support for industrial automation or IoT products
Strong understanding of embedded systems, communication protocols, and 4G/GSM connectivity
Experience with FCC, ATG, or OMC projects is preferred
Strong communication, ownership, and leadership skills
Qualification:
BE/BTech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Computer Science
