Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and internal systems. Provide pre-sales and post-sales customer support related to manufacturing products. Coordinate with production, dispatch, service, and sales teams to resolve customer issues. Track orders, complaints, service requests, and follow up until closure. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and reports. Escalate technical or complex issues to the concerned department. Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to service timelines. Assist in onboarding new customers and explaining product-related information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / Diploma in

ENTC (Electronics & Telecommunication), Engineering, or any relevant discipline

. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM/ticketing systems). Willingness to learn manufacturing products and technical processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience Requirement

0-5 years of experience

in customer support, technical support, or manufacturing-related roles.

Freshers (especially ENTC candidates)

Preferred Skills
