Cybooz IT Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Support Executive
to support our software products and client implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving software-related issues, coordinating with internal technical teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
This role is critical in maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our customers across banking, finance, and enterprise software domains.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customer support requests via phone, email, WhatsApp, and ticketing systems
Understand customer-reported issues related to software applications and provide timely resolutions
Log, track, and manage support tickets until closure, ensuring SLA adherence
Coordinate with development, QA, and implementation teams for issue resolution and escalations
Provide functional guidance and basic training to customers on software usage
Assist customers during software updates, migrations, and new feature rollouts
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to the product and management teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field
Basic understanding of software applications, databases, and web-based systems
Strong communication skills in English (regional language proficiency is an advantage)
Ability to analyze problems and explain solutions clearly to non-technical users
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
