About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and empathetic Customer Support Executive to manage parent and student communication, handle administrative responsibilities, and ensure smooth day-to-day support operations. This is not a sales role, though prior experience in sales or renewals is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
? Handle parent and student queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and internal systems
? Provide high-quality customer support with timely follow-ups and resolution
? Manage and respond to customer escalations professionally and calmly
? Maintain accurate data and records using software tools (CRM, spreadsheets, internal dashboards)
? Coordinate with internal teams (teachers, operations, academic support) to resolve issues efficiently
? Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, reporting, and updates ? Ensure consistent communication and a positive experience for parents and students Required Skills & Qualifications
? Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or client servicing roles
? Strong customer support experience is essential
? Comfortable working with software and data management tools
? Experience handling escalations and sensitive conversations
? Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
? Clear communication, good listening skills, and attention to detail
? Ability to multitask and work independently Preferred Qualifications
? Prior experience in an education / training / EdTech organization
? Exposure to sales, renewals, or customer onboarding (not mandatory)
? Experience interacting with parents, students, or educators
