Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Support
to oversee our customer support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving process improvements. They should have experience handling customer queries, managing escalations, and leading a team to achieve key performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
: Address customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Collaboration
: Work closely with other departments (Operations, Sales, Marketing) to enhance customer experience.
Feedback & Reporting
: Gather customer feedback, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Fresher / Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and customer escalations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Passion for customer satisfaction and process excellence.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
