We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-3+ years of experience in resolving customer queries, providing excellent support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
3. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
6. Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to provide accurate information.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role.
2. Strong problem-solving and communication skills (both verbal and written).
3. Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
4. Good command of English and Kannada
5. Good Knowledge in Excel
