Any graduate with good analytical skills (BCA / B.Sc. Computer Science background preferred)
1 to 3 years of experience
Desired Skills:
Self-motivated with excellent communication skills in English,
Ability to provide responses from simple to complex queries and deliver customer delight
Past experience with ERP support
Exposure to working in a startup ecosystem is desired
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing effective and timely resolution to customer queries
Responsible for providing support via call and via chat
Should align on TAT and SLA standards set by the company
Escalate necessary cases to the right team
May be required to perform other tasks as assigned
Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts and extended hours during high volumes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
