About the Role


We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to lead customer success operations and collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams. The role is 20% data analysis & strategy and 80% operations, with complete ownership of assigned KPIs.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Qualification:

Engage with potential clients via calls/emails to qualify leads.

Sales Handover:

Coordinate with sales for smooth transfer of qualified leads with context.

Target Achievement:

Align with company goals and meet personal targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

Devise communication strategies, maintain records, and resolve queries across multiple channels.

Product Knowledge:

Continuously improve understanding of product portfolio for effective customer communication.

Feedback & Improvement:

Share actionable feedback with marketing and sales teams.

Reporting:

Collect and present customer feedback and data insights to stakeholders.

SLA Adherence:

Ensure timely resolution of queries and disputes.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (experience in interiors, construction, or related industries preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills. Comfortable in early-stage startup environments and ambiguity. Willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt quickly. Ability to work 50-60 hours/week, 6 days/week.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
