We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive (Blended Process) with
2-6 years of experience in handling both voice and non-voice customer interactions. This role involves managing inbound/outbound calls, responding to emails and chats, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat support professionally.
Address customer queries, complaints, and escalations within SLAs.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM/ticketing systems.
Provide product/service guidance to customers across multiple channels.
Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2-4 years of customer support experience in a blended process (voice + non-voice).
Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Proficiency in CRM/ticketing tools (e.g., Zoho).
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Pay: ?18,140.89 - ?29,040.69 per month
