Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
Resolve customer issues and queries efficiently with a customer-first attitude.
Provide accurate product/service information to customers.
Record customer interactions and maintain up-to-date customer records.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English.
Proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Patience and ability to handle customer pressure calmly.
