Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries in Italian
Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism
Assist customers via email, phone, and chat.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve issues.
Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services
Qualifications:
Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in customer service or support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
