Handle inbound calls from US-based customers regarding telecom services (billing, plans, connectivity, etc.)
Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer queries while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Document customer interactions in the system as per company standards.
Follow call quality and compliance parameters set by the process.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex issues when needed.
Maintain professionalism and empathy throughout every customer interaction.

HSC + 3 years Diploma
SSC + 3 years Diploma
Shift Details:
US Shift:
4:30 PM - 1:30 AM (Any 9-hour window)
Working Days:
5 days a week (Any 2 rotational offs)
