Summary 
 We are seeking highly skilled and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Support Team as Customer Service Representatives. 
 In this role, you will provide functional, technical, and administrative support to resolve customer problems and queries in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities 
 Provide functional, technical, or administrative support to resolve customer issues effectively. 
 Handle and document customer queries and complaints with accuracy and professionalism. 
 Ensure timely resolution while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction. 
 Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases. 
 Deliver consistent performance in line with company standards and SLA requirements. 
 Adhere to process compliance, documentation guidelines, and shift protocols. 
Requirements 
 Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate degree (any discipline) 
 Experience: Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in Customer Service / Technical Support 
Skills: 
 Excellent English communication (verbal and written) 
 Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills 
 Ability to provide technical/functional resolutions across different domains 
 Flexible to work in a 24/5 shift environment 
 Open to both RTO and Hybrid work models 
 Preferred (but not mandatory) experience in Hospitality, Travel, or Tourism sectors 
Benefits 
 CTC: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience and last drawn salary) 
 Laptop and required assets will be provided by the company. 
 P.F + E.S.I + performance incentives based on monthly targets. 
 The company will provide a two-way cab facility for applicable shifts.
