Hiring - Customer Support (International English Voice/Chat)

Salary:

Up to ₹24,000 CTC + ?2,000 PLI

Shifts:

24/7 rotational (majority night shifts)

Working Days:

5 days working, 2 rotational week offs

Work Hours:

9.5 hours/day (including 1 hour break)

Transport:

One-way cab provided for females during odd hours

Eligibility:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass Excellent English communication (spoken & written)

Job Role:

Handle international customer queries via calls and chats Provide accurate information and resolve issues Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction
