Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing queries via phone, email, or in person. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues. Schedule meetings, track tasks, and support management with internal updates. Assist in building strong client relationships through timely support. Prepare reports and update documentation as required. Ensure a professional and welcoming customer experience.

Candidate Profile:



Female candidates preferred. Graduate with 1-3 years' experience in customer service, coordination, or admin roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Pleasant personality and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
