What You'll Do
Be the friendly first point of contact for our customers through
chat

email

Help merchants navigate Outfy's features and solve simple issues with confidence.
Pass on technical problems to our dev team (don't worry, we've got your back!).
Share feedback and ideas from customers that could make Outfy even better.
Pitch in with FAQs, guides, and other cool resources to help users succeed.
What We're Looking For
Fresher/graduate with excellent English (written + spoken).
Patient, empathetic, and always willing to help.
Curious about social media and eCommerce (bonus points if you've run an online store or page yourself).
Quick learner who loves solving problems.
A team player who's proactive and positive.
