Title: Customer Support Intern

Job Summary

B-Arm Medical Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for bright, result-oriented candidates for the position of Customer Care Executive.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Customer care executives ensure that the company delivers the highest quality of service to their customers or clients by using their skills, expertise, and experience. The only aim is to ensure customer satisfaction by fulfilling their requirements. Should be confident in troubleshooting any such emerging queries and maintaining high standards. Develops a strong relationship with their customers and generates trust with open and interactive communication. Identify and shortlist relevant influencers based on product category and target audience. Reach out to influencers, negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials (if applicable). Acquire and validate the information and providing it to the customers with full efficiency. Document or maintain records of each and every interaction with the customers/clients for future evaluation. Setting up customer accounts and providing relevant information to them. Follow the procedure, and guidelines provided and implement it while troubleshooting queries.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Candidate Should Speak Hindi Should be excellent with their communication skills Should also have strong presentation skills. Strong analytical skills and be able to manage time effectively. Should be able to multi-task. This job strong demands good interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Should be able to adapt to interacting with any client and should have good listening skills to validate the data and troubleshoot.

Education:

Diploma / Bachelor's / Master's degree.

Pay:

INR 15K Per Month

Internship Period:

12 Months

Salary after 12 Months:

3.5 to 4.5 Lakhs CTC Per Annum (Based on the performance)
