Role Overview



The

Customer Support Executive

will be responsible for handling

inbound and outbound calls, live chats, and email queries

related to the delivery of 20L bubble top cans and glass water bottles. The role requires prompt communication, issue resolution, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience for customers across

B2B and B2C segments

.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and emails regarding product inquiries, delivery status, order tracking, and complaints. Coordinate with delivery and operations teams to ensure timely dispatch and fulfillment of orders. Manage

B2B customer accounts

(corporates, retail, distributors, HORECA, etc.) and

B2C customers

(households, apartments, individuals) with the same level of professionalism. Record customer interactions and update CRM software accurately. Address delivery escalations and resolve issues within defined turnaround time (TAT). Assist customers with subscription plans, bulk orders, and payment-related queries. Collect customer feedback and escalate recurring issues to the operations/quality team. Maintain high standards of courtesy, empathy, and customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Required Skills & Competencies



Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and regional languages. Strong listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask between calls, chats, and coordination tasks. Familiarity with CRM software and basic MS Office tools. Customer-first attitude with patience and professionalism. Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree or diploma (any discipline). 0-2 years of experience in customer support / call center / CRM roles. (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.) Prior experience in FMCG, delivery/logistics, or water/beverages industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,832.91 - ₹12,298.76 per month
