Job Summary

The Counselor Intern will support the counseling team in guiding students through the process of exploring, applying to, and securing admission to international academic programs. This role involves assisting with student counseling, application documentation, test preparation guidance, and basic visa support, helping ensure a smooth and positive study-abroad experience for students.

Key Responsibilities1. Student Counseling Support

Assist senior counselors in advising students on suitable academic programs, universities, and countries based on their interests and career goals. Provide basic information on course structures, eligibility criteria, and career prospects. Support students in understanding study-abroad options and next steps.

2. Application & Documentation Assistance

Help students collect and organize application documents such as CVs, Statements of Purpose (SOPs), and Letters of Recommendation (LORs). Support the application submission process under the guidance of senior counselors. Track application status and coordinate with internal teams for updates.

3. Test Preparation & Entry Requirements

Assist students with information related to standardized tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, and GMAT. Share test preparation resources and help students understand minimum entry requirements.

4. Marketing & Student Outreach

Support the organization of seminars, webinars, workshops, and information sessions for study-abroad programs. Help maintain and share updated information on scholarships, financial aid, and funding opportunities. Assist the marketing team in student engagement and promotional activities.

5. Documentation & Record-Keeping

Maintain accurate student records, counseling notes, and application tracking data. Assist in preparing basic reports on student inquiries, applications, and outcomes.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
