Role Overview
We are looking for
dedicated and energetic Customer Support Interns
to join our
NDR/OC team
. The role involves
telecalling activities
, interacting with customers, resolving basic queries, and maintaining accurate call records.
Age Limit: Up to 30 years (Candidates above 30 years are requested not to apply.)Key Responsibilities
Make
300-350 outbound calls per day
using the provided database.
Communicate with customers to explain company services and resolve basic queries.
Accurately record call details, responses, and feedback.
Follow up with interested or pending customers as required.
Maintain a professional, polite, and positive approach during all customer interactions.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
Basic computer knowledge (
MS Excel / Google Sheets preferred
).
Ability to efficiently handle
high call volumes
.
Strong listening, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Eligibility Criteria
Currently pursuing or recently completed
Graduation
(any stream or related field).
