We are looking for a
Customer Support Intern
who can assist users, resolve queries, and become the communication bridge between users and the product team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn SaaS, customer success, and product workflows closely.
Key Responsibilities
? Respond to customer queries via live chat, email, and support desk
? Troubleshoot user issues and provide step-by-step guidance
? Create help docs, FAQs, canned responses and knowledge base material
? Assist users during onboarding, setup, and feature walkthroughs
? Collect user feedback & bugs and share with product team
? Maintain high customer satisfaction score and response time SLAs
? Work with internal teams to understand product deeply
? Report recurring issues and suggest improvements
You're a Good Fit If You...
Have strong written English communication skills
Are patient, empathetic, and good at understanding customer needs
Love solving problems and explaining things clearly
Can learn SaaS tools quickly and troubleshoot logically
Are comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Can work full-time (40 hrs/week) with consistency
Have basic tech understanding (bonus if familiar with SaaS, CRM, or helpdesk tools)
Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)
Experience using Intercom, Zendesk, Crisp, HelpScout, etc.
Understanding of LinkedIn, email outreach tools, automation software
Ability to record mini Loom-style product walkthrough videos
Prior internship in support / customer success / sales enablement
