Responsibilities

Responsibilities:


? Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and social media channels

? Troubleshoot user issues and escalate complex problems to relevant teams

? Maintain and update our FAQs, help center, and knowledge base

? Track common customer pain points and suggest product improvements

? Provide feedback reports to product and tech teams

? Assist in onboarding and guiding new users when needed

Qualifications:



? Enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program.

? Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

? Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
