Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
Assist customers with product-related questions and issues.
Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.

Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs.
Qualifications:
Enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
