Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions promptly and accurately through chat-based platforms. Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and escalating problems as necessary. Convey information, instructions, and explanations to customers effectively. Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure a seamless customer support experience. Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strive for continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback and implementing suggestions to enhance customer support processes. Display a high level of empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns and complaints.
