What Do We Do?



Sugarfit transcends a singular product; it is an ecosystem of transformation. Our

expert led team leverage three things for the best outcomes:

The precision continuous glucose monitoring (CGM)

The intelligence of machine learning

The wisdom of medical science

Duration: 1 Month Internship (can extend based on performance)



Stipend: ?15,000 per month

6 days Work From Office (including Sat & Sun)

Shifts:

Rotational (7 AM-10 PM , you can get any shift timing based on the requirement)

HR ? Team Lead ? Head of Customer Support

Key Responsibilities:



For NUX (New User Experience):



? Make outbound calls to new users to guide them through the onboarding process.

? Assist in resolving basic user queries and ensure timely follow-ups.

? Share product information clearly and help users get started smoothly.

? Record interactions and feedback in CRM tools accurately.

? Collaborate with team members to improve the new user experience.

For SM (Social Media):



? Support in monitoring and responding to customer comments and messages

across social platforms.

? Assist in creating and scheduling engaging social media content.

? Track and report on engagement metrics and feedback.

? Collaborate with the design and marketing teams on campaigns and content

ideas.

? Stay updated on social trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:



? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Strong enthusiasm for customer engagement and digital communication.

? Basic knowledge of CRM tools, social media platforms, and content trends.

? Ready to

work in split shifts

? Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and contribute to a fast-paced team.
