Customer Support Intern

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Quality calls (10 calls/day)
1. Conduct short (2-3 minute) lead qualification calls
2. Follow a provided script to ensure consistency
3. Record feedback and mark quality as per the criteria

2. WhatsApp messaging
1. Send confirmation messages to leads post-quality call (template provided, only name & time to be updated)
2. Send appointment reminder messages as per schedule
3. Maintain professionalism and brand tone in all communications

3. WhatsApp group engagement
1. Share 4 pre-formatted messages weekly in the designated WhatsApp group(s)
2. Ensure timely posting and respond to basic follow-ups if required
