Customer Support Interns

to handle

inbound and outbound customer support calls

, answer customer questions (Q&A), and assist with support tickets.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls Answer customer queries related to product and accounts Update and resolve support tickets Ensure clear, professional customer communication

Eligibility



Final-year students or fresh graduates Good verbal and written communication skills Willingness to learn in a SaaS environment

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
