Role Overview We're looking for a Customer Success Intern with a high sense of ownership to support and delight our users. The role goes beyond query resolution: you will help us build scalable solutions by identifying patterns, automating resolution paths, and streamlining operational workflows. Key Responsibilities ? Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries across channels (email, chat, WhatsApp, etc.). ? Ensure quick, empathetic, and effective resolution of user issues. ? Streamline support and ops workflows for faster turnaround and higher accuracy. ? Collaborate with product, ops, and tech teams to relay customer insights and suggest improvements. ? Track and report customer satisfaction, response time, and query categories metrics. What We're Looking For ? Strong communication skills (written and verbal). ? Analytical mindset to identify patterns and propose process automation. ? Problem-solving ability with a bias for action and ownership. ?
