In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers, assisting with their inquiries and providing top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and returns. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and escalations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Utilize MS-Excel and MS-Office to analyze customer data and trends. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
