Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat
Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and troubleshooting
Process returns and exchanges efficiently
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in MS-Excel
Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Identify and escalate recurring issues to the Customer Service Manager
Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
1. Fluent in English & Hindi (both written and spoken)
2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
3. Basic knowledge of MS-Excel and data entry
4. Ability to handle customer queries professionally and patiently
5. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
6. Prior customer service experience (preferred but not required)
