Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential customers. Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions. Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards. Record and track interactions as per company guidelines.

Requirements:



Graduate in any field. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Additional knowledge of regional languages (Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Assamese, Odia, Bengali, Gujarati) is an added advantage. Freshers and experienced candidates welcome. Prior insurance or sales experience preferred.

Compensation

:

Up to ₹25,000 CTC for freshers. Up to ₹35,000 CTC for experienced candidates (based on last drawn salary).
