Key Responsibilities:



Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to understand their insurance needs. Advise on suitable health, motor, and life insurance products. Achieve daily targets while maintaining compliance and service quality.

Requirements:



Graduate in any field. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; no MTI/RTI, grammatical, or pronunciation errors. Additional knowledge of regional languages (Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Assamese, Odia, Bengali, Gujarati) is a plus. Freshers and experienced candidates welcome. Prior insurance or sales experience preferred. Flexible to work in rotational shifts (day shift for female employees up to 8 PM; rotational shifts for male employees). 6-day workweek.

Compensation

:

Up to ₹25,000 CTC for freshers. Up to ₹35,000 CTC for experienced candidates (based on last drawn salary). Interview Mode: Face-to-face at the Pune office.
