We are seeking a highly motivated individual for a
full-time Work-From-Home (WFH)
role combining
Customer Support
and
Inside Sales/Business Development
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a customer advocate who can also proactively drive business growth and engage directly with clients, all from a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities (Hybrid Focus)
This role requires a dynamic mix of support, sales, and remote coordination:
Business Development & Sales (Remote Focus)
Proactively engage in
inside sales and marketing activities
(via phone, video, and digital channels) to identify new opportunities, nurture leads, and drive product adoption for Nearwala.
Be responsible for
conducting virtual meetings
with clients (via video conference) to pitch solutions, remotely onboard them, and maintain strong business relationships.
Coordinate with the field sales team remotely, providing essential
support and coordination
to help them achieve their targets on the ground.
Provide essential
operational and sales support
to both the Faridabad and Bengaluru offices to help achieve various company goals and initiatives.
Core Customer Support Duties (Remote Focus)
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner, providing immediate assistance from your remote workspace.
Provide accurate information about Nearwala's products and services, acting as a product expert.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues remotely, escalating complex problems to senior staff as needed.
Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in the CRM system.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products and services.
Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns before they escalate.
Maintain a strong, up-to-date knowledge of company policies and operating procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
Hindi and Punjabi
(proficiency in
English is a plus
).
Strong
problem-solving and analytical abilities

Demonstrated aptitude for
sales and negotiation
.
Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional in a remote working environment.
Exceptional
active listening and empathy
skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the discipline required for remote work.
Basic Computer skills (MS Office especially MS Excel).
Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (
Bachelor's degree preferred
).
Prior customer service, sales, or business development experience is a plus.
Familiarity with the Faridabad market
is a significant advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours
, including weekends and holidays as required.
