About the work from home job/internship
We\'re seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team as an intern. As a Customer Support Intern, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via inbound calls and ensuring timely follow-up on missed calls.
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle inbound customer calls and provide timely resolutions to queries.
2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and ensure first-call resolution.
3. Call back customers for missed calls and ensure issue resolution.
4. Provide product/service information and support to customers.
5. Coordinate with the team.
NOTE: 1 week training will be provided
