Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Prior experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Both fresher and experienced candidates can apply for this customer service role.
Experience in telecom, BPO, and Telesales.
Fluency in English and Hindi
