We are looking for Customer Support Executive - Hindi
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and provide prompt assistance for queries, service requests, and complaints.
Accurately log customer requests and complaints in the CRM system as per defined processes.
Educate customers about IndusInd Bank products, services, and ongoing offers, and generate potential sales leads.
Ensure strict adherence to compliance, regulatory, and internal banking guidelines.
Identify recurring customer issues, capture problem indicators, and provide inputs for process improvement.
Meet and maintain monthly scorecard parameters, including Quality, Efficiency, Accuracy, and Productivity.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, processes, and systems.
Achieve assigned sales and cross-selling targets through effective customer interactions.
Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and resolution management.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand, capture, and interpret customer information accurately.
Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of banking products, services, and credit cards (preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Willingness to adhere to shift schedules and performance metrics.
LANGUAGE: HINDI AND ENGLISH MUST
