We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Executive - Online Support to join our team in Chennai.
The role involves providing online technical assistance and resolving customer issues related to our label printers and thermal printers.
NOTE:
Fluency in
Hindi
and
Tamil
is mandatory. should have basic knowledge about
label printers
and
thermal printers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide online support to customers for label and thermal printer-related queries.
Assist with basic troubleshooting and technical resolutions over call, chat, or email.
Maintain and update customer interaction and support data in Excel.
Handle customer escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams for product-related issues or escalated cases.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional support.
Attend product training sessions to stay updated on technical specifications.
Requirements:
Fluency in Hindi and Tamil is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Excel.
Ability to manage customers calmly and professionally.
