About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our clients. The role involves handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain customer records by updating account information in the system.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
