ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for a Customer Support & Growth Executive who enjoys conversations, is proactive, and likes being involved in different parts of a growing D2C brand. This role combines customer support, marketplace growth support, operations, and on-ground events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Support & Conversations
Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, website chat, email, and marketplaces
Guide customers on product details, usage, care, and styling
Convert inquiries into sales through friendly, consultative conversations
Handle order-related queries, returns, and exchanges
Maintain Muun Home's warm, thoughtful brand voice
Marketplace Growth Support
Support daily activities on Amazon, Tata Cliq Luxury, and other marketplaces
Help monitor ratings, reviews, and customer feedback
Support listing updates, offers, and basic catalogue hygiene
Coordinate with the growth/marketplace manager on campaigns and launches
Operations Support
Coordinate with warehouse and ops teams for dispatches and exceptions
Track delayed or special orders and follow up internally
Support peak sale periods and promotions
Events & On-Ground Brand Activities
Assist with pop-ups, exhibitions, flea markets, and brand events
Support product setup, customer interactions, and sales at events
Help capture customer feedback and insights from on-ground interactions
Represent Muun Home in a warm, brand-aligned manner during events
Growth & Brand Support
Share customer insights that can help improve products and content
Assist with influencer and sampling orders
Support B2B inquiries and follow-ups when required
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
Comfortable speaking with customers and building rapport
Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
Interest in design, home decor, or lifestyle brands
Prior D2C, e-commerce, or retail experience is a plus
Comfortable with flexible responsibilities, including on-ground work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
