Knowledge about Hardware & Networking/CCNA. Work in collaboration with a team. Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution Technical problems Resolve via any desk, video call etc. Excellent client-facing skills. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues. Generate Customer Tickets & Maintain records.
