Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support
Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Coordinate with internal teams (Accounts, Sales, Operations, IT) to resolve issues
Assist customers with billing, invoicing, payments, and account-related queries
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Escalate complex issues to senior support or management when required
Adhere to company policies, processes, and service standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational & Technical Skills
B.Com graduate (Commerce background preferred)
Basic knowledge of accounting, billing, and financial concepts
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an added advantage
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Customer-focused and empathetic attitude
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Good coordination and teamwork skills

Experience in customer support, call center, or back-office operations
