to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front desk operations, handle patient interactions, and support daily administrative activities. This role involves managing appointments, addressing patient queries, collecting feedback, recommending insurance options, and offering basic guidance related to diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities1. Customer Service
Address and resolve patient queries politely and professionally.
Assist patients with appointment scheduling and maintain accurate availability records.
2. Appointment Management
Coordinate and fix appointments for doctors based on patient needs and doctor availability.
3. Feedback Collection
Collect patient feedback to help improve service quality.
4. Health Insurance Recommendation
Provide basic guidance to patients on suitable health insurance options.
5. Diagnosis Support
Offer simple, non-clinical guidance related to diagnoses and treatments (as per facility guidelines).
Shift DetailsFor Males:
10:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. (Night Shift)
Morning Shift:
6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
General Shift:
10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Evening Shift:
2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
Qualifications
Minimum: 12th Pass (Preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of basic medical terminology is an advantage
Prior experience as a receptionist or telecaller in healthcare is preferred
Salary
?18,000 - ?22,000 in-hand
