Insurance Customer Support team

. The role involves assisting customers with policy details, handling queries, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls. Explain insurance products and services clearly. Assist customers with claim or policy-related queries. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Work towards achieving daily and monthly targets. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism. Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution. Maintain compliance with company policies and standards. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Support the team in achieving overall performance goals.
