Work towards achieving daily and monthly targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution.
Maintain compliance with company policies and standards.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Support the team in achieving overall performance goals.
