Customer Support Executives
in the insurance sector. The role involves assisting customers with policy details, claims, renewals, and general inquiries to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats.
Provide accurate information about insurance products, policies, and services.
Assist customers with claims, payments, and policy renewals.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Coordinate with internal teams for complex or escalated cases.
Meet service quality and customer satisfaction targets.
Guide customers on available products and suitable options.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Deliver professional and empathetic customer service at all times.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in
Hindi and English
.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
Experience in customer support/BPO/insurance is an advantage.
